Text Templates

Text Templates are scripted text messages that your Team Members can easily send from the dashboard or mobile app. Templates can use Merge Tags to personalize the message for the intended recipient. Text Templates can be added and edited from the Settings tab in the dashboard.

After they're created, Text Templates can be sent to all People within the scope of the created Text Template. They can be sent from both the Text Inbox in the dashboard and the mobile app.
