Contact Support
We use Intercom to handle all support inquiries. Clients can contact us from any page on Solidarity Tech dashboard where the Intercom widget button is seen, providing a great experience for users without ever leaving the dashboard -- no need to open up your email client!
Simply click on the bubble at the top right of your screen and the widget will launch.
In the widget you'll be able to see previous conversations with our Support Engineers, send us a new message, search through our documentation, and see or add feature requests.
If a Support Engineer is unavailable, or if you're not on the dashboard when our team replies, we'll send a copy of your conversation to the email address used to log into your Solidarity Tech account. Feel free to respond using the Intercom widget or reply via email -- whichever method is more convenient for you!
