Chapter Phone Numbers

A Chapter Phone Number is a local US phone number created alongside one of your Chapters. Upon signing up to Solidarity Tech, you choose your initial Chapter Phone Number during the onboarding process. Any additional Chapter Phone Numbers are created when you create a new Chapter.

All People belonging to a Chapter will always receive all calls and texts from their associated Chapter Phone Number. This number will always remain the same - regardless of which Team Member is sending the text or making the call - so you can encourage all your supporters to save the number into their contacts.

Avoiding spam labels

In order to ensure that your organization's calls go through to your supporters, we automatically enroll your organization in "SHAKEN/STIR' and "Voice Integrity" programs when your register with an organizational EIN. If you did not register with an EIN during onboarding, you can go to Settings -> 10DLC Compliance, and upgrade from there.

In addition, you can manually register your Chapter Phone Numbers with The Free Call Registry to increase the likelihood that your calls will go through and won't receive a spam label. This is particularly useful with the T-Mobile carrier.

Call Action number is the other type of phone number used by Solidarity Tech. These are temporary local phone numbers associated with a Call Legislator Page.
