Agent Assignment

An agent assignment is point of contact and responsible for the relationship with the Person.

With by assigning a Team Member as the agent for a Person, the Team Member is granted the responsibility of maintaining the relationship with the person. In pract this means

  1. The assigned Team Member is granted access to call and text with the Person
  2. When the Person calls or texts their shared Chapter Phone Number, the assigned Team Member will receive push notifications on your Solidarity Tech mobile app and dashboard.

Making Agent Assignments in Dashboard

Navigate to a Person profile and from the right sidebar, select the Team Member who you would like to assign as the agent.

Assignments in Field Organizer App

A Team Member can assign themselves as the agent of a Person directly from the Solidarity Tech app as shown in the screenshot below.
