Branded Calls

With Branded Calls, you can have all your outgoing calls display the name of your Organization in the caller ID field, even if the recipient hasn't added your number to their contacts.

The caller ID label that you choose will be limited to 15 characters, so you may have to shorten your full organization name to fit the parameters. For example, if your organization is named "Rideshare Drivers United," you may want to consider using the name "Drivers United" for this field.

In order to qualify, you organization must have a valid EIN and undergo Twilio's approval process. Solidarity Tech streamlines this approval process for you and notifies you of its status. After approval, it may take several weeks for all phone carriers to update their CNAM databases to include your latest Branded Caller registration data.
