Coverage Graph
The scheduled call coverage graphs gives you the ability to see an overview of what hours and in what languages you have active Team Members accepting scheduled calls:
The distinct colors used for the rows representing Team Member availability hours, represent the different Chapters to which a Team Member belongs. When you Zoom into a day on the calendar, you can see the specific hours represented by the bar. You will have a tab at the top of the page for each language for which you have supported scheduled callers.
