Coverage Graph

The scheduled call coverage graphs gives you the ability to see an overview of what hours and in what languages you have active Team Members accepting scheduled calls:

When you are logged in to the organization, the colors of the rows represent chapters. When you are logged in to a chapter, each color represents a Team Member. When you Zoom into a day on the calendar, you can see the specific hours represented by the bar. You will have a tab at the top of the page for each language that your chapters support.
