Calendar

The scheduled call calendar gives you a quick overview of all the calls that have been scheduled with your organization for a given month:

Each dot on the calendar represents a different call that's been scheduled by a Person with one of your Team Members. Each different color represents a different Team Member. If a dot has a black ring around it, that means that the Team Member missed their scheduled call.

By clicking on a specific dot, you can view and modify the details for that call:

From this overview, you can re-assign calls to a different Team Member or cancel a call entirely if requested by the Person who scheduled it. The two options for re-assigning a call let you chose from a) any Team Member, or b) Any Team Member who is available at the time that the call was scheduled.
