What is a contact?
A contact is a single person you have recorded in your account. Think of 1 phone number as being 1 contact.
What happens if I hit my contact limit?
You'll receive an email that you went over your limit, at which point you can either upgrade your plan or keep your current plan and pay an overage charge per additional contact.
How quickly can I start using my account?
Immediately. If you sign up today, you can start integrating and adding data to Solidarity Tech right away.
How do I switch to a different plan?
You can switch to a new plan at any time by going to the Billing page in the admin dashboard. Select the plan you’d like to switch to and immediately start using new features.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit and debit cards
Do you have a setup cost?
Absolutely not. All plans are on a month to month with no contracts, no setup fees, and no hidden gimmicks. Cancel anytime.
